By using Ciclogreen’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.

1. Service Description

Ciclogreen is a platform that rewards sustainable mobility, including walking, biking, carpooling, and public transportation. Users log their trips and earn points (Ciclos) or financial rewards (CicloBonos) under active programs.

2. Registration and User Accounts

To use the services, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or prevent any third party from using and enjoying the platform. Fraudulently logging trips or altering the app to obtain unearned rewards is prohibited.

4. Rewards and CicloBonos

Rewards, including CicloBonos, are subject to availability and to the specific terms of each challenge or program. Ciclogreen reserves the right to modify or cancel reward programs at any time after giving users prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ciclogreen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly; or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.
